Body is made of punched sheet steel. Impeller is made of Glass-reinforced Polyamide, or cast aluminum alloy for large diameters. Body and protective safety net are made of electrostatic powder coated steel.
The motors are IP55 class, 4 and 6-pole motors. Efficiency class IE3 and Class F insulated. Air flow direction is from motor to impeller The motor and fan impeller are connected to the main body by steel base carriers. Variable pitch angles are available upon usage for achieving high aerodynamic efficiency. The device is capable of exhaust air at maximum temperature 60 ºC.
The fan blades are manufactured in airfoil structure to provide regular flow. The Impeller of the fan is balanced dynamically based on ISO 14694 standard.
It works with low noise levels and is designed to be maintenance-free for long periods of time. It is manufactured with square frame which facilitates direct installation on the wall. Blades are manufactured in the most ideal angle according to their size and maximum performance is ensured.
